"Jay did lots of work for me in my beach front home in Surf City NJ. When he said he wanted to move to Florida, I talked him into moving to Sarasota. He completely remodeled an upscale bathroom to perfection. He did sheetrock repairs that were flawless. He installed Porcelanosa mosaic tile and hid a strip of light behind molding in the wall above it so that the tile glowed. It was beautiful! He is strong so he can do things himself that would normally take two men to do. He had lots of patience with my extreme fussiness. He wanted it to be perfect as much as I did. I downsized and live in downtown Sarasota now and space is tight. He is quite clever figures out better ways to get things done. He moved my AC unit and made room for a coat closet. Hooray!"
