Estimate Acceptance – Once the estimate is approved and signed, we send the invoice for the first payment portion.
Work Begins – After payment is received, you’ll receive a receipt and we begin the job.
Project Changes (if any) – If something changes during the job, the agreement is updated, signed again, and the new price and payment schedule is adjusted accordingly.
Final Invoice – When the job is completed, we issue the final invoice. After payment, you receive a receipt and your service guarantee becomes active.

We provide a written guarantee for all of our services. The guarantee period depends on the type of work:
Interior, Exterior, and Deck Painting: 60–90 days
TV Mounting and Installations: 30 days
Furniture Assembly: 30 days
Trim, Molding, and Small Repairs: 60 days
Rental Turnovers (multi-service jobs): 30–60 days (depending on scope)
If anything related to our workmanship goes wrong during the guarantee period, we’ll come back and fix it at no cost.
